Shut-up and Put your money where your mouth is

So where to start from... Its been a while. Lets start with a congratulations to our Christopher, for winning the absolute drag competition as a back up dancer to Kelly Armnall. Congrats babe. So of course this weekend we did the usual.. Party... and I mean PARTY, Thursday, Friday, sort of Saturday (I was dragged out at 1am only for them to crap out before we even did anything), and Sunday. It was a great time lots of exercise, and LOTS of fun. I have even lost another six pounds... Yeah COUNT'EM! 

Monday was a great night for me too. I went and saw the boy, and it was probably one of the best nights we have had in a while. Filled with conversation and movies, I ended up falling asleep there. I was woken up by the fact that the TV was still on, and ended up going home to fall asleep in my comfy bed. 

It was of course a great weekend, a great monday. <3

YAY I PASSED MY DREADFUL EXAM!!!!

Yes Psychology is finally OVER and DONE~~~ I passed the exam as well as the class and did better than I thought I would do!... I am still waiting on my marks from earlier english exams but of course those take a while to write, and even longer to mark... School finally finishes tomorrow... my last exam is at 330pm at the Harbor Center in DT vancouver! This exam is so easy... because he provided us with a study guide. I love first year courses! haha.. too  bad I am moving onto the last of my second year courses and some third year ones... maybe even a fourth year! Its time for me to start planning what I want to take in the fall so that I can actually put some thought into it! 

I am so excited to have the next four months to myself. No more worrying about that essay due tomorrow... or the exam that is in a week! All I shall be doing is going to work... and then OMG I am done! PAAARRRTTTAAYYY! Esp. with the O staying open for another extension. We even have a place to go to do our partying. 

The arrival of summer is comming up! Today was a gorgeous warm day. My car was like a sauna when leaving school today. That means summer is on its way BOUT TIME... too bad the day turned into a nasty cloudy day with a bit of rain... o well at least we got a taste of summer. 

So all I have done today is laze about at home. I finished my study guide after falling asleep for quite sometime. Chris, Megan and myself went out for pho, chris then went on the bus to his first day of work, and megan took me home. I was going to clean my room and take a shower and just pass out for the night. But then Megan was like come over... so I packed up my computer and headed over to Megans. Where I still am.

Exam tomorrow!

So I have my Psychology exam tomorrow. This exam determines whether I pass or fail the class... but guess what!!!! I HATE PSYCHOLOGY... I have been studying since 12pm today and I remember little to nothing that I studied. So to cut to the chase

I am screwed... yes screwed.

Lets hope I pass this exam... and my one the day after!!! (of course I will pass the second! I've gotten almost perfect on every in class exam!) 

Wish me luck ...cuz I am going to need it!

My body hates me..!!

well I was pleasantly trying to have a good nights sleep... (just what the doctor ordered) because I kept my body up all night saturday... even though I had woken up at 7am (so a full 24 hours) and then I fell asleep for only 3 hours so I could go to work. That sleep must have been a deep one because I was alive and functioning. After work I decided to keep myself awake just so I could avoid waking up in the middle of the night and being like fully awake... well guess what that didnt work. Falling asleep at 930 haha I have officially woken up twice. Once at 2 because someone (not going to name names (chris)) decided to update his status... haha. But whatever I asked for that shit when I said status updates could go to my phone. And the second time because I was having the stupidest dream of my life, which in turn woke me up. So now I sit here... bored as fuck... wishing that I was fast asleep in dream land! 

So school is over in 3 more days!!! WOOO HOOOO!!! I have been waiting for this moment since graduation in 07.. its now 09... am I just crazy for not taking a break between this time. I think so. Because previously I have always had a lot on my plate. Now is the first time where I have actually  only had one job... Yes I have been going to school full time and worked two jobs... (count em) yes two jobs. But sadly last December one of my jobs went out of business and I was laid off. Thank god it wasn't the well paying one or I would be in trouble! But yes school is finally out! This summer I shall not be working 7 days a week 10 hour days! NO! I shall have a summer.. unlike previous years... I shall go away from Richmond  (even for a short period of time...such as shopping in Seattle) and...I shall partay it up!!!!

So I am still bored..and going to continue... Saturday after my exam and long ass nap... Megan calls me and says that she wants to go out still after partying both Thursday and Friday (which i did not go to the Friday one). So Chris, myself, and Megan pickup and head out again to the O. It was really fun, and we socialized a lot. Although we all went through a moody stage at some point in the night. Afterwards we didn't really feel like going home, so we went over to our friend Ryans house. We ended up staying there all night, and headed home at 6am. 

It was a ton of fun!

Exams tomorrow!

My second exam is tomorrow. I think I am ready but who knows. Today I have spent the day around the house. I woke up at 130 and went to the pool at 230, I prety much spent the day there with emma. We swam 16 laps each 25m long, so a total of 300m. I then had subway, which was the most amazing sandwich ever, and then headed home to do some studying.

I finished reading the last of Chaucer, and then i cleaned my room. 

Right now I am going to make some food, and hit the sack... yes I am going to bed at 9pm

Hitch Your Wagon To a Star

This is a poem I wrote a while ago... Take what you will from it. 

Emerging though the jungle;

a mighty  barrier barred way.  

Look left

Look right

a door is found.

Pushing, pushing, pushing

and with an immense thud 

opened.

Emerging from the cold stone 

blinding palates of color

illuminating bleakness.

A rockey path lead through

the towering trees that

dance in the soothing gust.

Walking, walking, walking

a sound in the distance

disrupting the quiet trees.

Emerging into a clearing 

an amazing sight

cascading over the edge 

into existance. 

Water.

Closer, closer, closer 

drawing, 

perfect aquamarine, 

lined with 

emeralds, violets, and lemons. 

At the base of the ever falling cascade

curtains of cloud. 

Birds black figures 

against a blazing fire of light,

perfect circle, 

holds up the world

suspended in unbroken blue. 

This is a stupendous paradise.

A lot has been going on recently...

First off school has FINALLY ended.. exams are in progress and life is falling into place for me. Finally I can have a life of my own, where I do not have to worry about homework, assignments, studying, reading, and what not... I can just go to work.. and at the end of the day I am DONE... Thank you world

Its been a few busy weeks, and it is going to be almost impossible to summarize. Late night... my god a lot of them. Megan, Chris, and I have been the only ones going out however, because Kaila had been sick and is also unable to afford going out, and Duncan is well... we aren't going to go there... 

We have got the usual routine of tuesdays drag show, which is free, as well as thursdays shower power, fridays mostly, and saturdays. Talk about a lot of partying. The Odyssey has had its final hearing for whether or not they will move to 911 denman or if they are going to shutdown all together... Its the worse of them... They have been denied to move, as well as being shut down at the end of the month... Bye bye Odyssey, we shalt miss you until you return! The peaches haven't been doing much other than this...

My parents had gone away during the week, which meant freedom for me and nature party for the peaches... and man did we have fun. By 730 am I had to hint at them that I needed to go to sleep because I did have work later that day... but I did have tons of fun...

Now that the past few weeks has been summarized time to get to the here and now. Sunday megan, chris, Kai, and myself went for a sea wall photo shoot. Most of it didn't turn out all too well, because of lighting and angles... but o well you win some you loose some. During our little sea wall wander I accidentally text Duncan what I had meant for Kai. Quickly realizing this MISTAKE I text him saying that I had meant that for the "date" I was supposed to be on. Then he starts going on and insulting me and my date. I eventually got so pissed off I stopped responding. Yesterday I ended up actually seeing the boy that I "pretended" to go on a date with the previous Sunday. Duncan decides he is going to call and I answer (very Bitchy) and then just hang up and turn the phone onto silent to get my point across that he was being rude and an idiot like always. Once I leave my dates house to go to the drag show, I looked at my phone and there were texts on it from the duncan... first two were pointless asshole remarks then there is an apology... I still didn't reply though. Once I got to the Toyota parking lot, and megan and chris show up, low and behold who steps out of Megan's car... (now i warned her that if he was coming then i would be leaving)... duncan. Basically I ignored him most of the night but he still apologized again... only for me to find out that megan and chris forced him to apologize... WELL GUESS WHAT.... its not accepted. (Our friendship ended a while ago)

After the show we all part ways and I went home to bed. 

Early this morning I got a phone call from chris. Duncan was accusing him of stealing his 20$$... WTF... chris never would do that especially to a friend. 

I fell back asleep after talking to chris and finally wake up HOURS later... Once megan comes online however the story went on....

We are not speaking to the duncan again

Finally (heres hoping) that we all have a source of income again!!! 

And this is the catch up to all those weeks missed by myself being lazy, busy, studying, and partying.....

So Last Night Myself Megan and Chris went to a drag show:

Now technically its not my first drag show, but it was defiantely my first at the O. It was AMAZING, best one ever! Surrey Drags have nothing on our Downtown Vancouver Queens! So there was 4 performers most of whom I don't even remember. Raye Sunshine and Kamelle Toe stole the spotlight of course! Sunshine preformed to Beyonce's Diva which was great because she definately is a DIVA. She also preformed to Rhianna's Disturbia! She looked gorgeous and could fill in for Rhianna herself I believe! Kamelle, whom is always a riot, preformed to a Dolly Parton song, I dont remember which song it was but she looked like quite the riot! There was also a jello shot contest and shots were thrown into the crowd... btw I have never seen so many lesbians at the O EVER. There was this really annoying tanked group who decided they were going to be rowdy right next to us... fat chance. The show ended at around 12ish and we all ended up leaving

After we had left... a certain annoying some one decided to call to see if we were still there. He had missed 3 busses and still wanted to meet up with us... fat chance on that too. We kept getting pissed at him because he wanted to meet up with us and "tell us something" but the problem is that when he meets up with us... we cant get rid of him! And we were in no mood to deal with him. He must have called back like 20 times because we just eventually started hanging up on him and what not. After a small walk on south beach, we decided to hit up the car and head back to Richmond. I decided to go home that night because I was in a normal state of mind, and they were not. I ended up having an amazing sleep!

I am quite excited for school to end on Monday! More time to myself and I can go to work and not have to stress about homework that is due the next day. IN FACT i do not have to worry about that for the next four months. School is really taking its toll on me, and I am so happy to stop for a little while. Don't get me wrong I love school, but it is best in smaller doses. Just like some friendships. I really do hope that my job is infact able to give me full time, because I really need the money. My next year of school is almost paid for which is great. But bills keep piling on. I have to start saving for my car insurance for next year... there goes another chunk of money. I also need to start saving for moving out because I really want to do so, but not till I am able to rent an apartment that I can be proud of. Not a dump like some people live in. I also wish I had more spending money... so I wont run out of money before I get paid again...That would be nice. 

Well onto the next class...! 2 more days...2moredays...2more...pleasejustend!

Chris, Mogan, and I camping last summer *I am on the boat*

OMG I AM SO EXCITED:

So I get up today at 10:30, and I roll out of bed as per usual. I walk outside and OMG there is heat and sun and no clouds. This makes me so excited because ITS finally spring and its finally warm. After all thoes rainy, snowy crappy days. Finally we have some HEAT! And you know what that means!!!!

Summer is comming. Well Spring has just started but that means around 2-3 months and we have no more rain. It will be hot hot hot. I am so excited to laze on the beach sipping on margaritas with my fellow peaches, getten all tanned. Summer for me means hair extentions, manicures and pedicures, short shorts and bikinis. Camping for mogans birthday weekend is going to rock! Drunken antics and inside jokes for all! although is it is at Harrison again I do not think I am going to be able to make it down the logging road in my crappy ass car! Lots of swimming and lounging and biking and walking and rollerblading. Maybe even a road trip to seattle to go to the mall! Don't forget partying at the O and long walks on the seawall! I also wanna go to the Zoo and the Aquarium as well. I want to take day trips to cultace lake as well as maybe camp there. Summer is going to be so fun this year! I just cant wait!

So yesterday March 28, was a very lazy day. Friday the other peaches decided to go to lick. I unfortunately had to work at 540am so I just stayed home and slept! I hadnt fallen asleep the night before and ended up staying up till around 2pm. Once Kai and Duncan had left, and after I had cleaned my room, I ended up showering and passing out in my bed. I had fallen asleep till around 10pm when my mother ended up calling my cell phone and waking me up out of one of the most amazing sleeps I have had in a very long time. I ended up staying up for an hour and then passing out again till 5. I worked until around 140 when I finally got to go home and be a complete lazy tard. By around 6 i really wanted to go out and do somthing becuase I was so bored. But the peaches are burned out from so much partying. So I ended up lazing in bed eating pizza and just relaxing. By around 9 I ended up falling asleep and slept right through the night. Waking up at 10 this morning. I am so refreshed from such a relaxing weekend!

Today is also a very chill day. I have been at work since noon and I get off at 6. It is really relaxing just sitting at work and I am reallly enjoying updating my blog. After work I plan on going home and eating a home cooked meal. I might even take a walk or go for a jog afterwards. Hopefully some one is willing to join me. I also have to finish (or start hehe) my assignments for school which is ending in the next week (YAY). My summer begins as of April 6th and exams end on the 22nd. So once everything is all done I can start checking off my list of things to do this summer!

Me - a few years ago

THE PAST:

So I had originally set this blog up a little while ago. It is basically my diary. Alot of things have been going on in the past two months. First of all, I met my new (and old) friends, whom I love dearly. It feels like we have been together for ever... Some have even been around forever. But for some reason we have never hung out like we do now. 

First we will start out with Megan. We have been together since elementary school. We have always been good friends, but we go though lulls where we don't really talk or hang out that much. I really don't know why it happens or how. I have stuck with her though her comming out, as well as all her little antics that piss everyone else off. She is a great person, caring and our source of laughter. - I will always love her <3

Next we have Chris. He is our diva of the group. And we love him dearly for that. He is also our source of strength because in this past year he has struggled though so much. And we love him dearly for his ability to cope. Chris is also an amazing dancer, he is going to be a  GOGO dancer at Celebrities or The O (our frequent spot)! Chris I will always love u! <3

Kaila is one of the new friends. We met during the beginning of February. At first she was really quiet. But now its as if we have been friends for ever. She is my Peachy summer buddy! I have enjoyed our nights out! And I look forward to what the future has to bring.

Duncan is also a new friend. He is very sweet and caring. He can also be a little annoyed when sloshed, but we still love him all the same. He is the one that provides the pizazz to our little group. So a few days ago Myself, Kai, and Chris did a photo-shoot Thanks to Mogan. Chris was the one who did my make up and design of the beads. Mogan supplied the downstairs of her house, as well as the photography. I still havent seen my pictures yet!!!! But the ones that I have seen are still really good!... 

After the shoot  we ended up driving to Safeway. Of course we decided to pig out on cake and brownies, and of course I paid... haha. We went back to mogan's and ended up eating all the brownies and pretty much all of the cheese cake... bhaha we are suck fatties! There was nothing on t.v., so we ended up watching Saw V on shaw, and finishing off the cake. Before that, however, we watched Extreme Home: Makeover. That show always makes me cry when I am at home, but something about being with friends, made it really funny. It might be because Mogan decided to recreate the night when they went to the Drag Show, starring Raye Sunshine, which I unfortunately missed... because I had gotten in trouble with my parents, for staying out all night the night before, like I do every week.. haha. So back to Megan, she was doing this english accent and saying things like Crumpet, and biscuit. It was very funny. lol. At around 1am the night was over and I took Kai back to her place down in Vancouver. 

It was a very fun night
